Sobbing takes Lakeside Speedway

The Malvern Bank Super Late Models returned to the Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas on Friday, June 16 and it was Jesse Sobbing taking the win. Following Sobbing to the line were Tad Pospisil, Kyle Berck, Corey Zeitner and Bill Leighton, Jr.

Heat races were won by Berck, Corey Zeitner and Leighton, Jr. Larry Ferris won the consolation race. There were 25 cars in attendance.

The following night the series visited Thunder Hill Speedway near Mayetta, Kansas but unfortunately that event fell to mother nature.

The next Malvern Bank Super Late Models feature is on Thursday, June 29 at US30 Speedway near Columbus, Nebraska as the series kicks off a three day Freedom Fest weekend that also includes June 30 at the I-80 Speedway near Greenwood and July 1 at the Junction Motor Speedway on the west side of McCool Junction.
